I am looking forward to seeing how they teach mathematics in Polish schools. Do you have any information you want me to find out while I am there?

The same as you! Water/milk/ juice. Milk and tea is provided for them, to go with a 'second breakfast' after the first session at school.

Well they eat meat and fish, pasta and potatoes the same as us. For lunch today we had chicken noodle soup, followed by pork and chips! There was coleslaw on the side, and some very purple pickle!

Well here we are in Poland! We woke up this morning in a hotel in Kraków, then went on a tour round a salt mine. After lunch we travelled to a different hotel in Jaslo which is a short journey to the school by minibus. We went to the school this evening to take part in a decoupage workshop, which involved cutting out pictures and sticking them onto wood. Off to bed soon; it's nearly ten o'clock here!

Well they eat pickled herrings which are raw, and uncooked vegetables such as carrots and cabbage. They seem to like coleslaw a lot, because they keep giving it to us!

Yes, there are lots of foods that are the same. They seem to like bread, cabbage, onion, mushrooms, sausages and pork the most!
