So children, remember how the earth orbits around the sun? Well, in the time you have read this post the earth will have travelled about 1,200 miles around the sun. ZOOOOOOOOOOOM!
We have had a great theme this summer term of Here Comes The Sun! (It doesn't hurt to be optimistic does it?) We finished off by making moving shadow puppets to think about moving parts and then even found time to create a small play using our puppets. So children, remember how the earth orbits around the sun? Well, in the time you have read this post the earth will have travelled about 1,200 miles around the sun. ZOOOOOOOOOOOM!

Year 3 had a wonderful day in the Lake District on the 19th March. We could not have had better weather (planning clearly was of an outstanding level) and we learned about the area, had fun and saw many interesting things that we wouldn't normally see here in Bolton! What was your favourite part of the day? Mrs Diggle, no relation to either Miss Diggle number one or Miss Diggle number two, an oral nurse came to talk to us about the importance of keeping our teeth clean. She showed us pictures of teeth covered in plaque and showed us how to clean our teeth properly. Just look at the perfect pearlers in 3CB! After leaving the mysterious object overnight the cracks widened, a hole has appeared and green looking goo was dripping out of it. Not only that we heard a very strange high pitched noise! Beware Pikes Lane! |
