Our parents joined us to watch our performance demonstrating the things we have been learning over the past 9 weeks. The children created their own world war tea room, sold their stollen and displayed their work. The children were excellent and we look forward to our final topic of rodeo starting next week.

The performance on (10th of May) was so much fun.The parents arrived and surprisingly Mrs Robinson came! The performance started of by Mrs Singleton saying what we have done in shine.Next a few people read the Flanders field poem.We then did music with the Halle shine players ,it went very well. Then a couple of people read a diary of how it was in the Horrible, terrifying, disgusting trenches.Lastly some people did drama, they had to act out the Christmas truss. We were then treated with a war time styled tea room which was absolutely delicious.I enjoyed the whole day.THANK YOU Mrs Singleton and rest of shine helpers for organising!!!!! p.s caterer!
