The children have all been given a new toothbrush and we have talked about the importance of brushing your teeth twice a day. Please talk to your child about the things that keep them healthy, and for homework this weekend we want everyone to leave a comment. This will help our assessment for 'Health and self-care'.

Brushing your teeth and not eating lots of sweets because they go black if you do. Drinking water is good for you. Playing outside because you get exercise. Eating fruits like apples is good for you too.

The best way to keep a nice smile is to brush your teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste. Also, after brushing your teeth at bedtime, don’t eat any food, or drink anything but water!

I brush my teeth in the morning and before going to bed. Eating healthy and doing exercise regularly like swimming, jogging and going for a ride on my bike keeps us healthy and fit.
